Relation Ethernet
This is a wide area Ethernet service connecting multiple points by full mesh networking using Ethernet method. Best-effort type internet connection* from 10 Mbps to a maximum of 10 Gbps. You can select the optimum communication speed for each point according to your application and budget. We provide high-speed lines at a more reasonable price.

Connecting multiple points using multipoint connection
You can set the communication speed for each base. Even if our relay network is congested, stable communication is possible because the communication speed band is secured within the relay network.

We have four types of access products, "Access line type", "Inhouse wiring type", "Access line Type-F", and "Access line Type-Mobile" according to the form of access section to the customer base.
Access line type For the access line type, a dedicated optical fiber is drawn from our accommodation station to the customer's site, and a line termination device (Optical Network Unit) will be installed. Inhouse wiring type Inhouse wiring type will connect our company's facility and the customer's facility at the data center where our network equipment is already installed. Access line Type-F Access line Type-F enables to connect the section from our accommodation station to the customer site with a layer 2 VPN using NTT FLET'S line and a VPN router. Access line Type-Mobile Access line Type-Mobile enables to connect the section from our accommodation station to the customer site with our closed network mobile access SIM and VPN router with a layer 2 VPN. Precautions
- * Even within the service area, you may have to wait or may not be able to be provided with the service depending on the equipment status.
- * The access line type is a service based on the assumption that NTT East / West and other line operator's optical fibers are used from our accommodation station to the customer site. This explains that you may have to wait or not be able to apply for this service depending on the installation and provision status of the optical fiber.
- * The access line Type-F is a service based on the assumption that NTT East / West FLET's line are used from our accommodation station to the customer site. This explains that you may have to wait or not be able to apply for this service depending on the installation and provision status of the FLET's line.
- * For Access line Type-F, you need to pay an additional fee for NTT East / West FLET's line. If you wish to be covered with a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year of FLET's line repair service, you will need to pay for the 24-hour on-site repair option additionally.
- * Please be informed that our service may be temporarily suspended due to construction work such as expanding our equipment ability.
- * The minimum usage period of this service is one year.
- * The access line Type-Mobile is a service based on the assumption that our closed network mobile access SIM is used from our accommodation station to the customer site, so you will need to pay for this SIM additionally.
- SLA

Relation Ethernet applies the following SLA (Service Level Agreement) as for customer's satisfaction. When this guarantee standard value cannot be maintained in time of need, we will refund the fee according to the specified rate.
Failure recovery time
In case a failure occurs in the line you are using, we guarantee that it will be recovered within one hour from the time when we have been notified the failure.

Backbone delay time
We guarantee that the average monthly backbone network delay time (the time required for an Ethernet frame to travel back and forth within the Ethernet housing network) is 30ms or less for our relation Ethernet.
If the backbone network delay time exceeds 30ms, 10% of the monthly usage fee will be refunded.Backbone delay time Return rate When the monthly average value exceeds 30ms 10% - * The standard value of the backbone network delay time shall be the monthly average of the round-trip delay values between the equipment of multiple service stations starting from Tokyo.

Precautions
- * No special procedures such as application procedures or additional charges are required to have the monthly fee applied for the case when there was SLA violation.
- * Monthly fee for the case when there was SLA violation will be the upper limit of the monthly total of refunds (failure recovery time, delay time in the network, Network utilization rate) based on SLA. Daily pro-rata calculation will be applied if you apply or cancel in the middle of the month.

QoS Function
QoS function is to preferentially transfer Ethernet frames with high importance based on the priority set at the customer's device side in advance.
Normally, application data is sent in the order from the one that reaches the network device. Therefore, when traffic is concentrated, a "waiting time" occurs before being sent, which may cause delays, fluctuations, and even discards.
Using the QoS function will allow specific application data such as VoIP to be transferred preferentially, and the impact on the application due to delay, fluctuation, and discard can be reduced.
In addition, since it will lead to efficient use of the customer's contracted bandwidth, you will find it cost effective compared to the case of preparing multiple lines or introducing a bandwidth control device.In Relation Ethernet, we will perform four levels of priority control based on the priority bit value set in the customer's device. (* Refer to the table below).

VLAN Option
VLAN is to combine multiple networks to one access line.
Security will be ensured by combining networks with different usage such as backbone / information networks, corporate LANs, and connections to cloud services into a single line, then configuring a logically independent network with VLANs.
You will be able to reduce costs and use the bandwidth of the access line efficiently compared to using multiple lines.
In addition, you will have an even flexible choice when setting up new networks of a different type after introducing the Line aggregation function.Precautions

Dedicated line - This is a highly reliable leased line service that connects bases via optical fiber and fully guarantees the communication bandwidth between them. SONET and SDH are used for the interface.
